VATAHA has bigger eyes than its stomach. And we think that is a good thing.
We are always looking for people to help us organize events and workshops.
Whether you are interested in joining as a longer-term volunteer or only available to assist in a single event, we are grateful for any and all the help we can get.

Social media manager
Our SMM team is looking for more digital savvy creatives to promote our achievements loudly and proudly on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & Telegram.
Event reporter & writer
Join our editorial committee (a team of three) to cover VATAHA’s events, interview fascinating Ukrainian creatives, and plan our content calendar.
Newsletter coordinator
But sometimes social media isn’t enough. We want to share our upcoming events and achievements via email to our wider community. Can you help us do that?
Grant proposal writer
Help us apply to prestigious Dutch foundations that can provide grants to finance our various activities celebrating Ukrainian art, music, film and culture.
Accountant & admin help
Are you good with numbers, bookkeeping, invoicing and all the other administrative tasks artists often struggle with? We need you!
Run for Ukraine volunteers
The 2025 edition of our annual charity run is expecting 1000 participants. We are going to need twice as many volunteers as last year to set everything up in time!
