Eugenia Bocancia is a proud Kyiv-born Ukrainian with Romanian roots. Her Dutch journey began five years ago when she pursued a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, earning the special distinction of Green Ambassador. Recently, she graduated with a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, specialising in Digitalisation and AI, from University of Groningen. She enjoys contributing to socially impactful projects while developing her expertise in stakeholder management and intercultural collaboration. From July 2025 to May 2026, Eugenia was part of VATAHA’s editorial team as a reporter. She has now embraced a new role as HR Coordinator, which aligns with her passion for people processes and organisational structure during times of change.
